However, before you depart from this page, museum guest L.G. Cary offers some more serious and useful information about the Whiz bar. He writes: During the '40s most candy was a nickel as was the Whiz Bar. It was advertised on radio as "Whiz-z-z-z, the best nickel candy there iz-z-z-z."
